Sooo.... basically you want to be able to kick anyone that watches cutscenes correct?

No, we want to kick the tank that do nothing in the dungeon because he absolutely wants to speedrun (without saying it before he started by the way, as if it was the only choice) when the 3 others don't and he doesn't want to be the first to leave to avoid the 15mn penalty.

And since I'm sure I'll have to justify myself, among the 3 (group of friends without a tank) that did not want to speedrun, 2 were new to the dungeon. And it wasn't an AK run, it was WP.

Vote kick IS NOT needed in this game. In Wow, it created a lot of issues where elitist and utter douches just kicked folks randomly even if they were doing nothing wrong and were playing well. It lead to guilds or friends booting the one random who waited 30 minutes for a queue to pop. If you want to speed things up, or have a more enjoyable experience in the DF, queue with FC members or friends. If you have no friends or are not in a FC, join an FC and get some friends, otherwise you just need to deal with it and have patience, or leave the group yourself. Vote kick presents more cons than pros imo.

I couldn't disagree more. Currently, the number of jerks doing whatever they want in dungeons because nobody can do anything against them is disheartening. Something must be done to add the possibility for groups to regulate or to get rid of toxi behaviours.
