Dark Sentinels [FC, EST] casual friendly guild looking to grow a core raiding group

Hi all, we're a friendly new guild looking to recruit a few good players committed/interested in helping join us to make our third group of 50's interested in raiding complete. We intend on keeping to the three core groups, and hope to eventually work out a solid number of us that are consistently on and that show the adaptability needed for progression raiding.

Ideally we would like our new recruits at this point in our progression to have previous raiding experience (other games count), and to have shown a willingness to gear/work on themselves via having replaced their AF gear and gotten a couple of pieces of DL at the least.

Scheduling of the third group has yet to be worked out but undeniably we will be discussing it amongst those available to raid so as to find the best possible times. Most of the membership is on the east coast.
