Legacy Collectors Edition Items

Alright, I've tried contacting a GM, I've tried contacting SE through the Support Center, and I'm coming up with nothing but an automated message that isn't helping much. I'm an old player, an old player with the Collectors Edition from 2010. I have the collectors edition items on my desk, on my character, and the code.

On MogStation I'm simply flagged as "Legacy" even though all my friends are flagged as "Legacy / Collectors Edition". I'm not sure how I'm able to have CE items from 1.0, but not be flagged for Collectors Edition. Am I mistaken that my CE code and my Onion Helm are strictly Legacy-Only somehow? I'm confused...

The only "human" response I've received from SE at all was that I should check back in a week if I still haven't received my items. This was at launch. I checked back and started to receive automated messages telling me to apply my FF14:ARR code correctly.

Which-isn't-the-problem...

I'm just trying to get my promised FF14:ARR CE Legacy items I was promised ;\ Or am I also wrong in that regard that CE Legacy members don't receive most of the free items that players got with the pre-order of FF14:ARR?

They seem to like to screw us on that. I think we should have gotten the new helm on top of our old legacy collectors items.. Or at least a replacement of which.. That 20% exp boost would be nice. But as a legacy account with the game already purchased why would I buy the game again.. Idk seems like we've been thrown down by the waste side on this issue. Took me almost a week to receive my Onion Helm but I wasn't asking SE for it. It just appeared same day as the character appearance item mail did. I'd keep bugging them about it but realize they're probably still swamped over the launch errors so their response time is slower then normal, which is saying something.

In game mail I received all the items I didn't get from having the V1 CE, ie. I already had the Onion Helm. Like you, I don't see how you can have the Onion Helm but not be flagged as having the V1 CE because it was that which gave you the perk.

I received the Legacy Chocobo, Onion Helm and Fantasia nothing else. With a pre order of 1.0 CE I'd assume I would be treated as other pre orders and receive these new items.. However that's not the case. The only reason I made a new character in the first place was because none of my friends were able to make a character on my Legacy Server due to it being locked. So not only was I screwed out of playing with my friends unless I basically abandon the character I created already and spent so much time on it I also didn't get the rest of these items.

They need to throw me a bone somewhere.. I mean give me a transfer or give me the items so leveling this new character isn't so rough considering I've already done it before..
