Gathering % Rates

I like to believe that, given enough tries, the hit/miss percentage will match the displayed values.

You can get 3 HQs in a row with only a 15% chance, but you won't complain about that, will you? :P

This is right. I get frustrated about the rates, but get much more HQ mats when the percentage is much lower. I guess it kind of balances out.
