cant connect to my account?

Im having issues logging into my ffxiv account. it is saying invalid passowrd but i used the saved information to log in. and i cannot loginto my account on the site.. im on one of the square enix's websites [square-enix.com] but all the attatched ones no longer work
i tried resetting my account information. i put the right question in and the right address but the birthdate says its wrong when im staring right at it on the root website..
so what im saying is that im logged into square-enix.com and i cannot loginto the other square-enix site, so i did forgot password, put in the right info, copied my birth date from the main square enix site and it said it was wrong. this happened out of nowhere and i didnt change a thing... it seems like a server intrusion since theres been people calling ym house with scramblers and the fbi was involved for a bit...

well im still logged into square-enix.com and when i go to change password the page doesnt open it just goes my my main information. which is what i tried to apply to the password recovery but no luck

1. im on a fresh install of windows 8 and all updates
2. ports are closed
3. email wasnt stolen
4. email wasnt changed on any account recoveries
5. happened on twitter aswell..
what happens is it says im putting in the same password as before in the [set new password] and it says cannot use the same password for new password.. but it cannot login through that password at the same time. it happened on multiple sites. saying that nothing was changed except for teres something wrong with the servers authentications screwing me over.

these people are just as funded as anonymous... meaning the amount of money they have/can steal is quite large and i have nothing i can do to prove of their actions except for what was blatantly said through the scrambled calls and other things..

And.. now im back on my account..
I need one account disabled so i can use its email if possible.. because you have 2 seperate NA sites one for purchases one for login and one for just square enix. and it was messing with my accounts.

i have kaspersky 2014 internet security aswell as my fresh windows 8 install so idk whats wrong except for as i said. ive even seen things dropped right infront of me by hacked admins on apb and defiance... they just are nusences and my quake live configs are always different... quite succesfull at hacking servers seeming how even comcast had a hickup when i asked for them to come over to fix my internet they lost the appointment and i mean it was a confirmed appointment through the phone a few days priror. but asnoone believes me even after they do serverside tasks i mean there is nothing else to say but just sit here.

my account is on a gmail not this hotmail. and i also need the DOB changed to my actual DOB

this happens when i hit play after logging in
