    Item not binding - working as intended?

    I have some heavy darksteel and gryphonskin sets that have not binded to me, even after using them for a long time (durability to 0%).

    Does anyone else notice this as well? If it is working as intended, they have more value than they seem.

    Shouldn't make a difference. Non-convertible still binds and goes to 100% soulbound, it's just that you can't convert it after it does.

    Item level 70

    I was watching Mr Happy and he mentions in his video that at certain high item levels (i believe item level 70) items will only spirit bond inside the Binding Coils of Bahumut. So if you item level is in that range or above.. that is probably the case. What you need to know about Materia
