As per 2.16 patch:

The Sea Wasps no longer spawn in Halfstone, they have instead been relocated to the Serpent's Tongue (x14, y17)

Thanks! I spent 30 minutes running around yesterday trying to find them. Mainly in their original area.

There was a chocobo XP party in Serpent's Tounge. They must have just killed them before I arrived. Went back today and there were several.
