Level 50 and up gear questions

I have heard of af1, af2, darksteel and relic sets. I am assuming that the order I put them in is the order that I would farm them. My question is where do I start with each one?

AF isn't really farmed. You get them as part of the job questline. AF+1 is purchase in Mor Dhona's Camp Revenant using the endgame currency, tomestones. Darksteel is crafted using materials also purchased with tomestones. Relic is a weapon you have to quest for over the course of several ever increasingly difficult challenges, the least of which being the obtaining of a specifically melded crafted weapon.
