I really don't see how you guys are interpreting me wrong.

It's nothing but obvious that the only time you would use provoke is when someone else has some sort of significant aggro lead on you.

Comboed Halone will generate the most aggro so it only makes sense to use that after you have that +1 off of the highest aggro holder so that you have the greatest lead possible in one turn.
