Correct step on registering PS3 code into old PC account

I did mistake once, and now that I received Email from SE with a new PS3 code. I don't want to repeat the same mistake again. Can anybody provide me step by step on how to bound PS3 code into my old PC account without turning into new account instead?

Should be a option to use existing account and then log in with your old PC account information and should show you a list of options and characters you had attached to that account

inside PS3 's PSN menu? last time when I did it wrong, I don't remember see anything like that.

If possible please step by step, I m kind of scare for any mistake. The PS3 system ask you to choose everything after you insert code right?

Just log into your Psn account on the ps3, go to the store, enter the code, and initiate a download. When you open the game you will be asked to merge your Psn and SE accounts. If it asks you if you would like to start a NEW service account select NO. DO NOT CREATE A NEW SERVICE ACCOUNT. Use your existing and you should be fine.

Since now I already have it all patch, so I guess my step is to just "enter the code" via account management section, and then since my account already link, it will only ask to confirm about new service account, then I select no?

I'm confused. Didn't you say this is a ps3 code? It will only work with the Psn store.

PS3 has two way to enter code right? first one is from account management, I usually redeem PSN coupon via that one.

You will need to run the FFXIV PS3 game launcher, which will then step you through to link up your SEN to SQEX, once linked, it cannot be unlinked (or it will be quite troublesome to get them unlinked - via Support Centre I guess). And only 1 FFXIV PS3 Promo Code per SEN per SQEX.
