What is doubly frustrating is that the email you get from Square Enix only repeats exactly what is on the page informing you your credit card registration has been rejected. There is no contact info so that you can call and have the agent enter the info (which is what I have been able to do on other games when encountering difficulties because I am not in my 'home' country). There is no way to tell if your account is now on a 24 hour lock down, a 1 week lock down...I can still log in (for 4 more days until my trial period ends) but I don't know when I can try a different way of registering my credit card. Is there a way to check that I am missing?
