THIS MOUNT THING IS CONFUSING

I have been told by many people that you can get a mount by the lvl twenty.....now is that the chracter lvl 20...or the story quest twenty.....I am already in a GC but when I speak to the NPC...they say that I need to progress more thru the story....I am LVL 24 now on pugilist....when Will I know that I am able to go to the GC NPC and issurance a mount!?!?!?

Once you've selected your GC, you need to talk to the Quatermaster and buy the Chocobo License (it's found under the "Material" tab) that costs about 2,000 seals that you get from completing FATES. Note that you only start collecting seals after you've joined a GC. Only once you have the license with you will the quest be accessible at the Chocobokeep NPC.

ok, but I am already in a GC but I am not collecting seal...at what pt of the main story are u suppose to be able to join a GC?

Are you sure you are in a GC and not a FC?

It's the part after you beat Ifrit, if I recall correctly. You get back to Walking Sands and the three representatives are there and you're sent to witness the speeches of the three different leaders at the respective cities, after which you will return to Walking Sands to choose one to join.

On the bottom right of your screen, where it displays your gil amount, click it once and it'll switch to seals. Alternatively, you can open up your character window (default shortcut C) and press the "Currency" tab on the left half of the character window. Seals can be farmed a few ways: provisioning & supplies (through the GC NPC..not the quatermaster, the other one), guildleves, F.A.T.E.s, and expert supplies (something like that, but won't be unlocked til later).

U know what.....I feel super stupid right now!!!! Yes I am in a FC.......So do I need to go back to the GC NPC and try to join now....

Ok I must have lvl'ed to much before doing main quest.....I havent made it that fair I just finish beating the second dungeon.......and I am already lvl 24 lol!!
