So how do I find one then? If most of these guild in Behemoth is packed full of players that no longer needs more..

You play well, gear yourself up via PUGs and do your best to leave a lasting impression in peoples' minds when they group with you. If you do well, someone will notice. Otherwise, fix all the stuff wrong with your application criteria and reapply when there's an opening. Or, do both *shrug*
