An expansion that introduces a new region with a new city in it with guilds for new classes. The classes would be unlocked by getting the Weathered Katana (Bushi, which is kind of a cross of Samurai and Ninja), and Weathered Doll (Shaman, which is something of a Blue Mage that can also use enemy-controlling abilities.)
Bushi (Disciple of War): Masters of the Katana and Great Katana, Bushi can dual-wield Katana, but not the Great Katana, a 2-handed weapon. Most abilities focus on gaining or using TP, or Ninjutsu-type stealth abilities that consume MP. There should be a list of throwing weapons restricted to just the Bushi that play similar to NIN's elemental throwing weapons that NIN has used throughout the FF series.
Abilities: Cut (Base attack), Iai-Do (Does extra damage if used from passive mode), Throw (Throws currently equipped throwing weapon.)
Shaman (Disciple of Magic): Wielding voodoo dolls or charms, Shaman damage enemies by imitating harm to their weapons. As a spellcaster, their base attack carries the same range as other DoM, and most abilities learned are spells. Also, since so much enemy interaction occurs between a Shaman and it's opponent's essence, they can absorb the enemy's abilities as Blue Magic.
Abilities: Snap (Base attack), Essence Scan (Check enemy HP and MP, possibly learn Blue Magic spell from them), Essence Scan II (Same as Essence Scan, but higher chance to learn Blue Magic spell), Various Blue Magic spells (Learnable at certain ranks, not as lenient as BLU in FFXI due to the game's "everyone can use it" play style.)
Story: I still haven't fully played through the main storyline quests, so for now any suggestions?
