Security Token Serial Number Not Valid

I registered the serial number once before and it worked fine..but then I unregistered it. But after finding out someone hacked my account I wanted to use it again but it's not working. It says the serial number was incorrect. If it's because I registered it before and canceled it that's bull crap. I'm so mad about this.

Once a security token has been unregistered, it can never be used again (with any account). I'm guessing they did that for security reasons, but you'll need a new hardware security token or use the software token instead.
