I have tried...seriously have tried for since early access to get an NA code. I have resubmitted the code over and over and got RAAE with is a EU code. I have sent 2 emails and after 5 days they respond with:
"Many of the contacts we have received involve issues that have been resolved by the recent hot fixes, issues resolved by the countermeasures we have set up to combat server congestion, or issues that have been otherwise resolved by customers themselves. Given this situation, we sincerely regret to inform you that we will be pre-emptively closing your support ticket at this time. "
Thats rather irritating to see them close the ticket down without even looking at it when all I want is a pre-reg code for my NA region. I have tried online chat support three times in a day but after reaching #1 in the que, I get this message every time:
"There are no agents available to chat with you right now."
If you have ever used this feature, then you know how long you have to wait. I have javascript on and pop-ups are allowed. I tried chrome, fox, and IE but I still get the same message each time. I've noticed they closed many threads similar to this and conisdered them resolved but only because the threads were inactive for a set amount of time. I am at my wit's end here and this is my last bastion of hope to reach a moderator to address this issue. I hope this thread gets enough steam to bring to their attention that we are still having issues.
