Missing Storyline Cutscenes, Journal also doesnt help.

Area and coordinates: The Thousand Maws of Toto-Rak (the web u need to break right before the boss room.)

Steps:
1.I was on the Lv24 storyline quest, that asks you to enter Toto-Rak.
2. I went into duty finder, and selected "Join Party in progress.".
3.I was entered into a group who had lost to the final boss, and so I offered to help them beat it.
4. After winning, I was given a cutscene, and completed the quest.
5. Next time I ran the dungeon, I noticed players were given cutscenes before the boss fight (long ones) and I never saw them. Neither before, nor any attempt after, when doing the dungeon.
6. I felt I missed something, since the cutscene seemed a bit "off" when I beat the dungeon, so I went back to the Journal, and the cutscene wasn't there.
7. For Lv24, it says I have 3 cutscenes to view, and the 1st cutscene is me beating the boss, and the other 2 take place after. No other cutscenes are available, and nor does doing the dungeon again show the missing cutscenes.
