now i can not enter the game
Role does not exist on the server (1016)

i lost (all gil+item+job soul crystal)

I used any way with the customer service contact
However, the results obtained, but requires me to use bug report


This is surely not to be hacking
I was in the course of the game converting class / map
Lose all item

There you shirking responsibility in customer service

I asked my characters, all gil, all item and job soul crystal will back
