    Help, I still do not see my 7 free days :(

    Hi,

    I signed up and created my character Tuesday evening 9/3/2013 1 hour before the 10 hour maintenance, which lasted all night so i slept through it, woke up and then realized that i actually lost 1 day out of my 30 free for less than 1 hr of playtime + 10 hrs maintenance....

    Then I check my Mog Station throughout the day and i still do not see the additional 7 free days added to my account .

    Can someone help explain how i can attain my 7 free days and possibly get back the 1 day out of the 30 which was lost due to maintenance?
