This really is becoming ridiculous. I understand that there's going to be a few problems around launch, but they've had several weeks to sort out these issues and still can't get it right.

I've already seen many people give up on the game due to all these issues and more might give it up when the free trial period ends if these problems aren't fixed quickly. I know I wouldn't want to pay for a game I can't even managed to play.

It's a MMO...they are going to have emergency maintenance long after launch (if they mess something up...) what's so hard to understand about this?
