I understad that with the huge success the game made and the sucessives problems with sales, codes and servers, the flow of ask for support have significantly increased, but the customers have no guilt, and SE would have to grant sufficient staff to attend the demand.

I'm extremely disapointed. It's realy sad that a great game as this have so awful support. It's realy sad.

This is my feedback. And I suggest to SE adopt PayPal asap, which will solve almost all issues about payments, increase the staff of support (at least in this period) and fix the chat support system (cuz I refuse to believe that this error message I received is normal).

I hope better days for us all.
