So. checking over my online balance on my checking account, I noticed Digital river charged me twice. (Actual charge, not an authorization). Upon calling Digital River about the issue, I found out that they had created a second order of their own accord for me, fifteen days after my original order was put in. But wait...there is more .

Digital River screwed up on the 27th and sent me a blank email with no serial number in it. So I called them. They gave me a serial number over the phone. (Couldn't email it because of an email issue).

So upon them cancelling this second order, I came to find out that the serial number given to me isn't in their system. ANYWHERE. So now Im sitting on the phone because they said I had to call Square Enix to fix this issue.

I will NEVER order anything from Digital River (Origin) ever again.
