    *Raise* Issues with animation time

    Im ok with the cast time what is horrible is the amount of time it takes to get up and be able to move your character. Its atleast 5seconds or more and thats alot of time when trying ot not get hit by AOE on the ground.

    Plus as a healer even when there name pops up if i heal to soon it wont hit them. I need to wait till they move be for i can cast

    I totally agree, it's rather awful. Especially during the endgame content.

    Few seconds of immunity would be nice. Especially during Ifrit HM.

    Don't need immunity, healer just needs to be able to actually heal the targetted person while they are in the res animation.

    totally agree
    died twice in a row because of the long animation time
    3-5 seconds immunity would be nice

    I completely agree - there's been more than a few times where I've Raised someone/been Raised myself only to have them/me instantly die again because of the heal/movement delay.

    +1, add my vote. Something must be done. It's horrible raising someone only to see them instantly die a moment later because my timing was off or the boss instantly agroed the raised.

    You can choose when to accept the raise. Accept it during a safe period. All the bosses do things at regular intervals so it's pretty easy to determine when it would be safe to get up. It's part of the game, and it makes sense as there is no cap on how many combat resurrections can be cast in combat.

    If the raise part was instant this would work but lets say its a safe part [ Healer has a chance to raise uses spell speed CD casts rez ] Other player waist for safe point to take rez.. Player takes rez it than takes 5-8 seconds to gain control of your character. this mean no heals no moving but you can take dmg. Plus rez costs ALOT of mp at lvl 44 its 600+ and i only ahve 2k mp so when it all goes to waste its a real bummer and a game changer.
