You can find out by the date / time stamp on folder and files.
File date yes I would not rely on folder date to be accurate in windows as I have often seen it not correct even though files have been altered. I would stick to file date. Be nice if they used a naming convention that was easier to identify but once you figure it out one time that is all it takes.
