    I just came here to post the same thing. I hate to bring up other MMOs, but WoW implemented a right click "Report Spam" that would automatically ignore the person for you as well as immediately report them for spamming. There absolutely needs to be something like this in game for FFXIV, as being in a major city is nigh on unbearable at this point.
