We have a goldseller shouting every 3 seconds in Ul-Dah on Excalibur.
You cant even see others talking, because of the shouts. Where are the GM's?

Anti RMT:
1. Reselling to NPCs is near worthless, most items 1-160g+
2. You can only mail stuff to people on your friendlist, can't mail to yourself.
..So yeah mostly stuff to hurt legit players. They have their hands full working on these server issues, they probably have a plan in place.
Also:
- Add a checkbox option in the character config to deny tells from people who are not in your LS, FC or Friendlist.
- Set a limit to the amount of shouts you can perform within an set timeframe.
- Don't allow people to shout the same thing over and over.
I had a bot that I blacklisted become (Deleted) on the name list. It is happening. Keep blacklisting and reporting them to SE. Make SE listen and do something. Let these bastards know they aren't welcome in ARR.
Honestly, there's not much that CAN be done that doesn't needlessly limit legit players too, besides adding a right click /ignore option and a right click /report function.
I'm glad they made skill checks server side so I play with huge delay next to my latency as European for security reason.
Same goes for mailing stuff to myself (bank alt since my bank is overfull) and not being able to vendor much.
All that to counter hackers and RMT, mean while I get spammed buy 4 different once every 5 minutes in whisper and is shout dominated by them
Good stuff.
Dont allow shouts till level 10, and then just have a GM circulating, and Banning all RMTs?
The RMT's are relentless. And there are no GM's to be found
They probably deleted the character themselves or something. I reported about 45 blacklisted players, they're all still on there.
I dont believe SE cant have a GM per server, porting around the major cities and banning RMT's
