I've seen this in another MMO and it's a great idea. It had a lot of things as options for the guild leader to select to be shown automatically so it didn't have to be covered in comments. Such as:
1) Display the time zone and time when most members are online.
2) Display the basic roles with Open/Needed/Restricted
3) Display age restriction or none. (16-18)(18-30)(30+)(none)etc
4) Display Guild Type as checkbox (Casual)(PVE)(PVP)(raiding)(all the above) etc

I know these are all things that could be written in the comments, but this would cut down on what is needed in comments which is usually restricted to so many characters. Plus some people don't even take these into consideration until they see it in front of them.

I've been looking through the forums for my server and most guild advertisements don't include a preferred play time which is very important to me. I don't want to join a guild that does most of its raiding before or after I usually get online.
