Long sought after item lost! For no reason, GM please read.

I have been saving points and killing the wolf leve notorious monster over and over since it came out to get the Templars Tassets. My friend let me borrow his tassets, until I would get my own.

Tonight I killed the wolf, and the runestone dropped. But IMMEDIATELY told me "You are unable to obtain the Runestone Allegan : Halone" And it was lost. It didnt go to my loot list, or my friends loot list. I couldnt get it from the crystal or the npc.

I have screenshots of this to prove everything, but no GM will speak to me ingame. They ignore me and send me automatic messages. Please anyone with authority, hear me, and talk to me like a person. That Item meant a lot to me..

This is why you put stuff in your bazaar or retainer for storage before fighting NMs that drop them. This isn't a bug, glitch, or anything SE is obligated to fix.
