1. Take "In a Titan Spot" Quest at Waking Sands
2. Go to U'Ghamaro Mines
3. Attune to the Aetheryte to obtain Titan HM
4. Announcement says "Duty Finder Updated"
5. Announccement says "The Navel (Hard Mode) Now Accesible"
6. Duty Finder is not updated
7. Quest Reward is not given

After defeating Garuda i was on top of the world and wanted to meet Titan... but Nope, Bug time sir!
