Every "Looking for Members" shout I see says they're only looking for geared and experienced members...

But isn't the point of doing the content to become geared and gain experience?

It would be like a wanted ad saying:
"Looking for the next president of the United States.... Applicants must have experience being the President of the United States"

I'd take someone inexperienced but teachable over these douchebags who "think" they know what they're doing but can't dodge a red circle.

Honestly, if you have to "shout" for endgame pick ups you're probably not that experienced yourself, so stop being so pretentious

If someone is willing to go with you and put in effort, then isn't that better than a duty finder group who you'll never see again?

I agree with the OP. When i finally unlocked AK I did a duty finder, the first few groups i had were nasty, a few even cussed me out for not knowing exactly where to go during speed runs, or not knowing exactly what each boss does and when. I finally got one where when I said I was still really new to the instance no one flipped out. 2 hours later we hadn't killed the first boss (dps couldn't get the adds down) and everyone was still joking around. I want to see end game content as much as anyone else but I want to be able to enjoy the road to get there. It's not like I'm going to be getting world first or anything.
