Petition for SE to ban all spammers / gil sellers NOW!!! We have waited too long!

Blacklist them. Also, report them. SE can't ban them if they don't know about them.

I'd rather they just lock the accounts than flat out ban them. Reason being that they are all hacked accounts since character creation is still locked.

SE replied to my reports telling me the people I was reporting did not have enough other people taking the two minutes to report them and therefore tossed out my complaint.

Seriously, why is there no "/report <name>" feature? EQ had it, and EQ is ancient. I don't condone the laziness of other players in not taking the two minutes to get to the complaints menu and file a report; but I do understand it, especially when it's so much easier to stick your head in the sand and black list people.
