    If I have a PS3 copy of the game, can I play on PC?

    GTA V is coming out really soon, and my SO has told me that he will be using the PS3 for a while once it comes out, so I won't be able to play on the PS3 then. Can I play with my account on PC?

    EDIT: I have a PC copy, but it is linked to another account.

    No, you need a pc key linked to your account to be able to play it on a PC, having a ps3 key will only make you able to play it on ps3.

    This is absurd. I bought a ps3 copy for my girlfriend and a PC copy for myself, you're trying to tell me that it's unrealistic to expect to play a cross platform game on either platform at will? GTFO of dodge!

    and you actually can if both the ps3 copy and PC copy you bought are tied to the same service account!

    Just buy another PC copy of the game cheap online - when you add it's activation code to your current SE service account on which you play on your PS3 it will add another 30 days of free play so in result it will not cost you that much to be able to continue to play on PC as well as PS3.
