    Individual character got rolled back??

    Hello guys and Square Enix, I've got an issue where my individual character over the night as I logged out and came back to it this morning had lost data or that it got rolled back 2 levels from 18 to 16?? This may have also affected my friend as well, however I'm unable to confirm. I'm also in uncertainty where anyone else has experienced this issue?
