    1.0 CE Collectors Item not available

    Hi,

    I purchased 1.0 CE back in the day but I never registered it for obvious reasons so I never received the 1.0 collectors items. Subsequently now that I've registered for ARR I still don't have the 1.0 CE items and also I don't have the ARR CE items. Can you please advise how I can go about redeeming?

    Not sure what the 'obvious reasons' were for you not registering a game you'd bought but have you tried doing it now, obviously you'd need to do that before being eligible for the V2 ones.

    Dumb question. How did the folks in 1.0 redeem their items in 1.0? I hear ARR items are automatically send in mog mail so I guess the missing link is getting the 2.0 items?
