    Most likely not, since these are just a change in the stats. They will be updating the "values" of the stats later, so in a way, yes and no.

    I hope the development team understands that any kind of hidden information that players can only figure out by large sample tests and mathematics is bad and that no item should have "hidden" effects. All effects of a consumable item or piece of equipment should be listed in the item's help text.

    I'm looking at you, pre-release bonus items. None of them mention their effect on the item.

    What does "quickly" mean? As quickly as everything else promised? Groan, they really should learn to use proper adjectives that are less misleading.
