Earned Titles Unavailable

there are several titles that I should have via achievements yes most are missing. anyone else having this problem??

I'm also having this issue. I have a legacy character and carried over 50 CNJ and 50 THM into 2.0. I level capped Arcanist just recently but did not receive my Archmage title.
