Summoner job question

Hello! I just became a summoner and i saw on a job website that i would have access to thaum and conjurer abilities. I have a few Thaum abilities i can access but i cant get access to ANY of the abilities in the conjurer list. It is even un-clickable. I have arcanist to level 32, conjurer to level 15 and Thaum to lvl 15. How or when do i get access to the CNJ abilities?

I think you might be confusing the Jobs of SMN and SCH and the class ACN.

SMN you have access to THM abilities as this is a DPS role
SCH you have access to CNJ abilities as this is a Healer role
ACN has access to all abilities as it is a class not a job
