ALT-R problems due to excessive RMT tells... can we flush the names cache?

Seriously SE... I have to cycle through about 10 giberrish names just to send additional tells to a legit player.

Not finding this list anywhere in my local FFXIV folders, nor the registry. I searched with Regedit, and used grepWin to search for text in files as Windows Search sucks balls for this in Win8. I see them in my log files, but nowhere else. Already tried wiping the logs in the hopes that at least the ones from the day before would be gone from the list---but they were still there when I logged back in to the game.

Anyone find a way to flush this cache?

Sorry for posting in Tech Support Section.... still can't post in General or Feedback sections, even after editing my profile to show level 16/17 jobs. Seriously... what sadistic hoops must we jump through in game to be able to provide feedback or ask general questions on the forums?
