Bard Limit Break

This is not another "change the limit break" rather a how to use it effectively.

I've yet to use it because most of the time the parties shout out to save it for
other class' no problem there for me. But, I hear that Bards need to use it in higher dungeons in certain areas. I myself have seen instances where the Bard Limit Break could of saved from a wipe but was reluctant to use it because other class also wanted to use it soo....When I cast it...how wide is the affect? And, do I need to place an AOE reticle on players or is it just cast around me...not sure any help would be appreciated...and one more thing...How many players can I rez? The tooltip says level 3 raise but that's all it says, but then again I'm at work so not sure.
