Playing should at least be self sustainable by doing the things you want, i.e. playing only battle classes. Everything else is economical suicide for SE. Catering to those 1% who will raise all required crafting professions to max [to not be in the net loss GIL area] won't keep the remaining 99% playing for to long. Either those 1% are happily paying 1000$ per month, or SE better starts making endgame GIL neutral for DoW/M.
