Duty Finder Wait time sneak attack.

I was waiting to get into another duty finder inside my inn and I had 6 minutes to wait after leaving my previous one. So I closed the duty finder window and came back a few minutes later and opened the duty finder window again and it says I now had 9 minutes to wait. This has happened many times and other instances where the duty finder Cooldown stayed at 15 minutes for 5 full minutes.
