Best Grand Company for tanks?

Hey guys I'm new to ffxiv and was wondering which Grand Company would be best for a warrior?

I believe the gear from all three grand companies are the same in terms of stats. If this is incorrect hopefully someone will say so.

Adder for archer
Flames for any magic class

For any else the STR and VIT stats are only 1 point off.

Adder will give you better parry
Maelstrom will give you better accuracy
