Veteran Rewards

I signed up for 90 day subscription the day Mog Station went live. I see that my next billing date is early November but I never received any of the veteran reward bonus items.

Any clue what I need to do to get my bonus items??

You don't get the rewards until they actually bill you, your free time has to run out first. Otherwise they've be giving out the rewards and someone could cancel and/or downgrade to a lower amount of days and it'd be messy to get the items back.

The only exception are where people have bought and used gamecards (EU only?) because they've already paid so they get the rewards straight away on redeeming.

Yea that's an EU/JP only thing with those game time cards, NA doesn't have em unfortunately.
