World Transfer Cost.

Hello, I was wondering if there was currently any plans to give 1.0 players a "free one-time-use pass" for the world transfer, similarly to the Fantasia, since we didn't actually get to choose the server that we wanted to play on and a lot of us are stuck on foreign legacy servers.

I seem to recall being able to choose what world I wanted to play on with my 1.0 characters back when they were doing the 1.0 character transfers. Did you happen to miss out on that?

I missed it. Which is to say I wasn't playing the game in beta because I wanted a fresh experience at launch. So for that, I can't play with my friends and am stuck on a jp legacy server.

You didn't need to play during beta to transfer your characters. They sent an e-mail out to the 1.0 players with a link to a form that let you choose which world you wanted to move your characters to.

In fact, the world transfer for 1.0 characters occurred before 1.0 characters were playable during beta.


Anyway, as a result of that, even though I do feel bad for you, I doubt that they'll make any free server transfer options available for 1.0 players at this point. If there is a free server transfer offered, I would expect it to be for all players, not just the 1.0 players. Who knows if they'll offer a free transfer at this point, though.

Well, I sure hope it isn't too expensive then. Hopefully, they'll throw those of us that missed that boat, a bone and let us all have a one-time world transfer.

Never got the option to transfer as I seemed to always get taken to information for transfer and even when I went back on the date it still never let me. Though I honestly don't care as I made a new character and have not been playing my 1.0 character but was annoying that I was never able to get to the application page.
