Do you mean being able to switch BY equipping that weapon, or just being able to change your class? Cause having the weapon equipped in order to change to me is quite superficial. Not that I have a better recommendation that would be unlike XI's system. Either way works though as long as the job system is structured. Theres almost no limitations right now and its part of the reason combat was so screwy in my opinion. But I do understand wanting to create your dream job crafted to your liking. I just want classic roles so everyone knows what is required of them in a PT.
