Level 11 Thaumaturge

Hello,

I am working towards becoming a black mage. I started off as an Archer and got to level 15 with no problems.

I am now working towards leveling to 30 with my thaumaturge however I am stuck at level 11. The only quests I can find are level 15. Is there an area I should be in that will have quests that are around my level?

You can do lv10 levequest and fate parties, if you can't find quests.

Are you searching in Gridania and Uldah only? try looking in the areas around Limsa Lominsa if you want to do quests.

And complete your hunting log as soon as you can it gives a lot of XP

As said above - hunting logs will give you a big boost in XP gain plus use your rested bonus as well as kill chain bonus, party bonus and grid a few FATEs to get at least to lvl 15, then (re-)do some dungeons as well and so on. Also - you'll have some class specific quest from your guild. You'd also need to progress with main story quests ("------ Envoy" etc.) and proceed to join GC to be able to advance further, gain chocobo and be able to do the GC quests and huting logs.

I hate to say it, but you should have started as a Thaum first, since it has the highest lvl req. Since you started as an Archer, that is the class where the main story quests will appear. Good luck.
