I also believe that, if you cancel it when it has like 1 sec left, you won't have pacification. That or each time I did it, I was with a great healer that cleanse me.

Just making Inner Beast into a shield ALONE would probably fix warriors....for now. A good short CD extra HP buffer for large incoming attacks. And maybe add Emnity to Storm Path.

Besides, making too many fast changes can lead to a job becoming too strong, and then they'll knee-jerk nerf it into the ground (Hello Steel Cyclone).
