I understand your issue with having to wait 20-30 minutes to get into a dungeon with a premade group, which I admit is ridiculous, but it is an entirely different issue to someone been stuck in queue for over 3 hours to find no group at all. Your two 'problems' are definitely legitimate, however they aren't (essentially) the issues the OP is suffering from. The OP is suffering because there are next to no tanks/healers queuing for dungeons/guildhests before level 50 because FATE grinding has far more pros then dungeon running does.

The only people really queuing for dungeons are those that need them for their main story quest line, which means if you are late to the game, or didn't go hard in the first week or two, your queue time is going to be far higher than it was for everyone else, and since most dungeons are required to progress the story it is a real issue.

Again, if you're the only tank in the pool, with 0 healers you won't get a group. It doesn't matter that you are playing a needed role because the other needed role isn't there. It is worse as a DPS because there are likely to be far more of those than other roles (for many reasons), however you could be one of two dps in the pool for the dungeon, so there is no competition there, but without at least one tank and one healer also in the pool, the group simply will no form.

The fact that FATE grinding/farming has far more pros than dungeon/guildhest running is one of the biggest reasons why you don't have people that are levelling secondary roles/subclasses join dungeon/guildhest queues.
