2 Sets of AF...

I ran into this problem and I was hoping someone might have a solution that I may have missed. Tried looking through threads but couldn't find anything about it... So I have pretty much all my AF armor from 1.0 stored in my Armoire. Thing is that when I went to go do my Paladin Job Quests, it gave me a SECOND set of Gallant armor. Now I figured I could just drop it and be done with it. Turns out it cannot be dropped, and I cannot store it in my Armoire since I already have a set of Gallant armor in there. Anyone figure out how to deal with this -5 inventory space issue? You know. Aside from not being dumb and actually carrying your AF with you when you do job quests so they can't give you a second set... Thanks for the advice!!!

I haven't tried to throwing it away.. But you could just store it at your retainer.

I haven't tried it since I have a lot of stuff stored, but what would happen if you put it in the retainer's care as Sziadan suggested and then release the retainer? I would assume you could 'destroy' it that way.

Isn't there an armory closet at the Inn for sets of armors? I don't have any sets yet so I have not attempted to use myself yet.

You can't store 2 of the same item in the armoire. This is a PSA: if you already have AF gear, do your AF quests with that gear on, else you're getting inventory -1.

I'm currently sitting at -2 b/c I wasn't wearing all my AF doing my WHM quests. :\

There is the Armoire, but it can only hold one of any given piece. I have two Dragoon Helmets myself and no way to ditch the second one. Can't trash it, retainers are too full to dismiss one with it(If it even lets you), so it's basically Inventory -1.

So... No resolution, but at least it's an accepted bug
