As far as I can tell, "Cactus piss" is just a name given by the people in-game that brew it. It's not urine; it is a foul-tasting, intoxicating drink. GamerEscape wiki has the full item description.

In Australia this word is quite commonly used more so by men than women. It is very slang and you would only use it amongst very close friends, certainly not with your employer, teacher, parents or grandparents. It is a slang word for alcohol. It's not the kind of word Ive ever seen in an MMO or solo player ever before. I believe FF14 is the first. Still laughing. If it were me Id use it in a dialogue rather than as an item name.
