    As far as I can tell, "Cactus piss" is just a name given by the people in-game that brew it. It's not urine; it is a foul-tasting, intoxicating drink. GamerEscape wiki has the full item description.

    One of the many reasons I have always liked FFXIV: it's not written as if talking down to 8-year-olds. (*cough*swotor*cough*)
